Tilikum Retreat Center, Newberg, Oregon Event details, such as workshops and events will be announced soon. If you did not attend the 2011 Retreat and would like to know what we got up to, take a look at the 2011 retreat photos for an idea of what to expect. You can find them here. However we *can* share that the assembly will be a Masquerade, and the theme will be 'Myth and Mystery'. Early Reservations. This year, we are offering an early reservation option--the registration form will be posted when the workshops have been scheduled. In the meantime, you can grab your spot and grab it quickly because the retreat will likely sell out very fast. You will have to come back and fill out the registration form when it's ready, but you will be allowed to make your payments or deposit today to insure you will have a spot at the retreat this year. There are only 35 spaces available. So it's imperative you grab your spot now! Payment Options: Because of the economic situation, the ORS is offering a a few options in order to make the retreat accessible to more people. That includes a payment option. You can purchase your place today, for the full retreat fee, or you can 'reserve' your spot with a deposit, and you can continue making your payments in the next months to complete your fee. 2012 Retreat Participation Fee: $250 To pay by
personal check: Pay electronically: Cancellations: Cancellations must occur by July 24th in order to receive 50% of your deposits back. If you cancel after July 24th, we will not refund any monies you have provided. We have already committed those funds towards the retreat. If you are not sure you can get the time off from work, for instance, do not reserve a spot unless you are sure. Otherwise, holding one of the spots and then canceling last-minute is depriving someone else of the chance to participate. Because last year, we had several last-minute cancellations and the people on our waiting list did not have time to prepare a wardrobe, there were four spots left unused that could have been filled by enthusiastic participants. So please do not take a spot if you are even remotely unsure if you can be there.
